No. UrBooked is private salon software with a flat monthly price. You keep 100% of what clients pay you. There is no marketplace commission.

Yes. The front desk can run a fair walk-in rotation: honor a requested tech when that chair is free, otherwise rotate so every artist gets a turn. Lunch, blocks, and busy chairs are skipped. Reception can assign with one tap.
